Does the hardware allow the ladder to store upright?
Absolutely! All our top rollers and hooks enable the ladder to store vertically when not in use, making it convenient to access whenever needed.
Are library ladders safe?
Yes, safety is our top priority. The Quiet Glide range features weight-braked wheels, handrails, non-skid step treads, and various ladder widths to ensure your security at any height.
How much weight can my ladder support?
The Quiet Glide ladder system is designed to support up to 226kgs.
Can rolling ladders be locked into place?
While the ladders cannot be physically locked onto the track, the Rolling Ladder hardware does include braking wheels that use a spring to lock the wheel. This prevents the ladder from moving left or right when a user steps onto the ladder. The weight braked wheels are adjustable from 18kgs to trigger the brake. The brakes come preset at 32kgs.
Can I buy the ladder without the hardware?

Does it come with a warranty?
Quiet Glide hardware is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. We guarantee to the original purchaser of the Quiet Glide Rolling Ladder Hardware (excluding wood products) that the product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for as long as you own it.
